Computer Forensics and Born-Digital Content in Cultural Heritage Collections

Invitational meeting at the University of Maryland May 14-15, 2010 funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation in support of a report, entitled Computer Forensics and Born-Digital Content in Cultural Heritage Collections, to be published by the Council on Library and Information Resources in late 2010. The co-authors of the report, and co-organizers of the meeting, are Matthew Kirschenbaum (Maryland), Richard Ovenden (Bodleian), and Gabriela Redwine (Harry Ransom Center). Rachel Donahue (Maryland) is assisting with both the research and the meeting arrangements. The meeting was hosted by the Maryland Institute for Technology in the Humanities (MITH).
