SEA MINI-GRANTS FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS, SCHOOL TEACHERS, AND INDEPENDENT SCHOLARS


The Society of Early Americanists (SEA) is offering a limited number of mini-grants in the amount of $100 to currently enrolled graduate students and Secondary School Teachers who are receiving little or no funding from their institutions and to Independent Scholars who are receiving little or no funding. The grants will be awarded on a 'first-come, first-served' basis to eligible applicants who register for the conference by 1 March, 2010, and who are active participants in the program. Successful applicants will be notified by email before the conference and must collect their checks from the on-site registration desk 8:00-10:30am on Thursday, 13 May, 2010. Grants not collected during this time will be voided. In order to download an application form, click here.
